Second Chance Endowed Scholarship

Established in 2004 by Julian & Elizabeth Bradley, with the NC Community Foundation for Wake Tech Foundation. The income from the endowment is be used to fund a need-based scholarship(s) for nontraditional who are pursuing job retraining.
