President Emeritus Bruce I. Howell Scholarship

Established in 2004 by The Cary Rotary Club in honor of President Emeritus Bruce I. Howell, a member of the Cary Rotary Club, to fund two merit scholarships for students pursuing a degree, diploma or certification in any of the following divisions: Applied Engineering & Technologies, Business & Public Services Technologies, Computer Technologies and Health Sciences.
