SEPI Leadership Scholarship

Sepi Saidi, founder, president, and CEO of SEPI, Inc., believes in supporting and advancing underrepresented studeents, especially women of color, pursuing careers in STEM fields. Established in 2020 the SEPI Leadership Scholarship is available to Wake Tech students, with preference for women and students of color, pursuing an associate degree in science or engineering. This scholarship was created to support two students each year pursuing an Associate Degree in Engineering or Science (AE or AS) at Wake Tech Community College (any campus). SEPI Leadership Scholars will gain leadership training and act as Peer Mentors with existing student STEM organizations.

The SEPI Leadrship Scholarship is adminstered by Wake Invests in Women (WIIW). WIIW is a public, private, and non-profit collaboration committed to closing the gender wage and representation gaps in STEM fields in Wake County.
