Thomas J. Tuttell Memorial Scholarship

Tommy was born with a mental disability and lived with his mother his whole life. He persevered through many challenges and worked hard as a dishwasher at a non-profit, but also volunteered his time with his church and a local NC food bank. The scholarship is for a student who plans to work hard to make the world a better place, preferably in the Construction and Maintenance Career field. Preference is for a student who is a veteran or from a military family.
