Bruce I. Howell Endowed Scholarship

Established in 2003 by the Wake Technical Community College Board of Trustees in honor of Dr. Bruce I. Howell’s twenty-three years of service as the college’s President. This endowment funds merit scholarships for diploma students enrolled in welding technology or other one-year (or less) certificate and diploma programs at Wake Technical Community College.
