Established in 2020 by the parents, friends, and family of Lauren Piper Laing to honor her life and provide for the education of students and professionals dedicated to working in the human services field.
POSH Pay it Forward Scholarship
The POSH Pay it Forward scholarship seeks to inspire the next generation of stylists by providing financial support to students interested in cosmetology. This scholarship will be awarded annually to a student/s in Wake Tech’s cosmetology degree program.
President Emeritus Bruce I. Howell Scholarship
Established in 2004 by The Cary Rotary Club in honor of President Emeritus Bruce I. Howell, a member of the Cary Rotary Club, to fund two merit scholarships for students pursuing a degree, diploma or certification in any of the following divisions: Applied Engineering & Technologies, Business & Public Services Technologies, Computer Technologies and Health Sciences.
Raleigh Neurology Associates Scholarship
This scholarship is meant to celebrate students who are driven to make positive impacts in the world of healthcare within their community. We want to help inspire and support those individuals interested in careers focused on improving the lives of patients and their families.
Raleigh Radiology Impact Scholarship
Established by Raleigh Radiology to support a second year full-time student enrolled in the radiography curriculum at Wake Tech. Eligible students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA .
Raleigh-Wake County Dental Society Scholarship
Established in 2017 by members of the Raleigh-Wake County Dental Society to assist high achieving students pursuing a degree in Dental Hygiene at Wake Technical Community College. Preference given to students living in Wake County and those who are student members of the ADHA .
